I Got Into Digital Early. I Never Stopped Learning.
I started building websites before most people had broadband. In those early days I wore every hat — designer, developer, strategist, account manager, coffee maker. That all-in experience shaped how I think: systems-first, outcome-focused, and deeply allergic to fluff.
Over twenty years, I've built two agencies, led compliance work that aired on national television, founded a community networking event, and taken on C-suite roles at companies pushing the boundaries of AI. The work that's meant the most has always been the same: helping people with real stakes make smart decisions and move forward.
That's what I do today — through direct consulting, through nimblefish, and through my role as Chief Global Growth Officer at esther.ai.
